Register via your Pension Administrator, categorise your investor type & take the appropriateness test. Your Administrator will fund your account.

Choose whether to invest automatically via Always On or manually via Self Select. Then decide on your level of risk & the maximum amount you want to invest in each loan. Our Client Money Account is held with Barclays Bank.

Manage & monitor your account & loan investments via you simple & secure Lender Dashboard. Reinvest income or withdraw it monthly.

Investing via Your Pension - Summary

Your Proplend account will be set up by your pension provider

Your pension administrator will set up an account on your behalf. You as the beneficiary will be able to manage the account.

Interest is paid tax-free to your Proplend pension account

Interest earnt will be paid into your Proplend account and held within your tax free pension wrapper.

Restrictions

Pensions cannot be used to make loans to connected parties or for property with any residential element. Some of the loans on the Proplend platform may therefore be unavailable to pension accounts.

Types of Pension Accounts

A type of Personal Pension Scheme, SIPPs allow individuals to make their own investment decisions from a range of approved investments - P2P lending included. SIPP providers decide which investments they offer.

A type of Occupational Pension Scheme established individually under trust - usually by the directors of Limited Companies for specific employees. SSAS offers the widest range of approved investments.
